HOW TO REGISTER AND COSTS:

There are three ways to register for the Indy07: Experience the Dream NATIONAL YOUTH CONVENTION.   Click on one or scroll down.

Any way you register below, you are registered for ALL THE CONVENTION EXPERIENCE (services, workshops, concerts, exhibits and more.)  However, please note that the AIM participants (even for one day) must have completed the proper forms with signatures.

  1. Fine Arts Festival PARTICIPANT registration and cost
    1. Registration is now closed for National Fine Arts particpants, but you can still attend Indy '07 as a general attendee.
    2. Early Registration Discount – Participants who choose to register early will receive a $20 discount.  To be considered “early”, a registration form and fees must be postmarked no more than 28 days after the district Festival.  If the district Festival is on or following May 7, 2007 then June 4, 2007 is the final and only postmark deadline and the registration will be processed as “early”. 

Early Registration for the first category is $90.  Each additional Category is $20.
    3. Full Registration – Students whose registration form and fees are postmarked 28 days or more after the district Festival, but on or before June 4, 2007 are required to pay the Full Registration fee.

Full Registration for the first category is $110.  Each additional category is $20.
    4. Students who register for Indy07 and later qualify to participate in the National Fine Arts Festival will be given credit on their Fine Arts registration.  Please attach proof of prior registration and payment to your 2007 Registration Form.
    5. FAF Participant DEADLINES - 
The final deadline for all National Fine Arts Festival Participants is June 4, 2007.  Participant registration and fees must be postmarked by June 4 and received in the National Fine Arts Festival office by June 15, 2007.  No exceptions will be made. District Dates and Deadlines

  1. AIM Outreach PARTICIPANT registration and cost
    1. AIM participant registration requires you to complete and send (mail or fax) some profile information and legal release forms.  Please go the AIM registration and release forms.  Complete the forms and mail or fax them to the address on the form.
    2. Registration Cost – The cost is $100 for participants who choose to register before June 1, 2007.  After June 1, 2007 there is an addition $25 late fee to the registration.

  2. Campus Tour REGISTRANTS (including FAF non-participants and all others not listed or understood above) and cost
    1. If you wish to be an Indy07 REGISTRANT (other than a FAF Participant or AIM Participant) you can do so by clicking either:
      i.     MAIL registration
      ii.     ONLINE registration
    1. Cost for convention REGISTRANTS is $75 before July 6, 2007 and $95 afterwards and on site.
    2. DAILY REGISTRATION – People can sign up for daily registration on site at the cost of $30 per day.

OTHER SPECIFICS

Registration is not required to attend the Tuesday evening opening rally, the NFAF Celebration Service on Saturday, or to enter the NFAF presentation rooms during the day.  However, a guest badge will be required and may be obtained from General Council Convention Services on site.

 

Appropriately credentialed ministers who register for Indy07 will receive free General Council voting privileges on site in Indianapolis.

HOUSING INFORMATION

Assemblies of God have negotiated special rates with certain hotels around Indianapolis. By booking through us you will receive this rate. A booking made through our housing provides free access to General Council Shuttle buses to the Convention Center. Shuttles will run early enough to be on site for all early Fine Arts Presentations and after Evening Services.
